We are looking to recruit a permanent Sales Executive based in our Port Klang, Malaysia office, who will hold the important role of promoting ESL services and carrying our brand name both locally and globally while excelling at his/her assigned duties.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales team’s objectives and targets.
- Fulfil shipments and increase company revenue.
- Collect, analyse and summarise market trend data and activities, and provide updates to the wider team and management.
- Manage customer interactions including sales visits and customer calls, subsequently closing deals.
- Plan visits to and build relationship with new potential customers.
- Participate in face-to-face meeting with clients, management, and colleagues independently.
- Follow up with customers consistently to maintain and establish fruitful relationships to ensure ongoing
currentand future business is - Support and work with other team members to ensure daily tasks are handled smoothly.
- Optimise sales administration skills by maintaining, updating and organising customer database/profiles.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher educational attainment.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good command of English and Malay – both spoken and written.
- Command of Mandarin, Cantonese, or local dialect (advantageous).
- Good computer literacy, especially in MS Office/System applications.
